José Andrés Leal Ordóñez, M.Sc.
The main focus of José Andrés Leal Ordóñez is the research of electrode materials for wound healing applications. This involves the electrochemical characterisation of polymer coatings and comparison to metal/metal-oxides under DC stimulation, as well as the development of microfluidic systems to observe cellular reactions and migration under direct currents (electrotaxis) in 2D and 3D cell culture models.
