- International Internship
The Laboratory for Microelectronics provides international students the opportunity to have a study related internship in the research field of Microelectronics.
Positions are exclusively offered in cooperation with the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) and the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Expertise (IAESTE). Students from North America and Great Britain are also provided the opportunity to apply for positions posted by the DAAD program Research Internships in Science and Engineering (RISE).
Applications are to be submitted exclusively to these institutions! Applications submitted to the Laboratory for Microelectronics will not be processed! |
- Bachelor / Master Thesis

- PhD Thesis
Did you recently received your master’s degree in engineering with a "very good" overall grade? Moreover, do you have a solid background in microelectronics and want to pursue a PhD in this field of research?
We are looking forward to receiving either your speculative application or your application for an open position as a PhD!
However, please note that your application must include the following documents in order to be processed:
1. cover letter
2. letter of motivation
3. curriculum vitae (CV)
4. certificates & transcript of records (high school, bachelor, master)
5. further certificates, e.g., recommendation letters, internships
