Financial support of the PhD Research Training Program „Embedded Microsystems“ by the companies Micronas GmbH / Sick AG / E+H GmbH
Project description
These financial contributions are donations by the above-mentioned companies at the free disposal of the DFG-funded PhD-Research Training Program on „Embedded Microsystems”. As an example, the money is used for the financing of temporary extension Ph.D. researcher contracts after their support from the DFG funds has expired. The companies are regularly informed about the PhD-Research Training Program’s activities; they are invited once a year to take part at the Program’s workshop contributing their understanding of the embedded microsystem topic with talks highlighting the industrial point of view.
