Hitesh Gowda

Vita

Hitesh Gowda was born in 1993 in Bengaluru, India. He completed his bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2015 from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, India where he specializes in power system and control systems development.
In November 2017, he completed his M.Sc. degree in Microsystem engineering from IMTEK, University of Freiburg, Germany. During his master thesis “Development, Modelling and Characterization of Deformable Valve Pump”, he worked on development of Piezoelectric microactuators and micropumps.
In November 2017, he started his PhD thesis at the laboratory for Microactuators, in his thesis “VISIR”, he continues to work on development of Piezoelectric actuated silicone membrane tunable lens for visible and IR spectrum with integrated focal length measurement system.
