Stephan Maus works as a PhD student at the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE in Freiburg, Germany. In his research, he focusses on the effects of high temperature processes on bulk carrier lifetime limiting defects in crystalline silicon, such as oxygen precipitates.
Stephan studied Microsystems Engineering at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg and received his master’s degree in 2017.
