Yunhao Mei
In 2019, Yunhao first connected with microscopy by constructing his own ptychography microscopy under the supervision of Prof. Yishi Shi in Beijing. In 2020, while working as an intern at LightTrans in Jena, under Prof. Frank Wyrowski, he used light stitching method to generate the structures of 1D grating by simulating diffraction patterns. In 2023, he joined Prof. Rainer Heintzmann’s group for a master's thesis focused on realizing the detection part of 2DPOLIM microscopy and developing a calibration routine. Since November 2023, he is pursuing PhD at the BNP chair, specializing in ROCS microscopy.
