Curriculum Vitae
Philip Katus was born in Boston in 1979.
He started his studies in Micro System Technology with focus on life science at the University of Freiburg in 2000.
Mr. Katus finished his studies with the diploma thesis "Paraffin-Actuators Based on Carbon Black filled Paraffin" at the Laboratory for Design of Microsystems.
Since November 2007 he has been working at the Laboratory for Electrical Instrumentation at the Department of Microsystems Engineering. In his PhD thesis he is focussing on film bulk acoustic resonators.
